As a user of Welkio Access you'll mostly interact with the dashboard -- but as your visitors sign in and deliveries are received, they will interact with an iPad. Here's how you connect a new device to your Access account: 

  1. Visit the Web App and click Devices from the menu at the top of your Dashboard.
  2. Tap Add Device and give it a name.
  3. You’ll then visit the App Store to download the Access app on your iPad. 
  4. Enter the 6-character Access Code displayed on your dashboard. For security purposes your code will only be valid for 10 minutes, but if you need a new code just reload the page.
  5. You're all set!

Remember that you can add as many devices as you want at no additional cost. We recommend using multiple iPads to help you speed up the sign-in process on busy days!
