As a user of Welkio Access you'll mostly interact with the dashboard -- but as your visitors sign in and deliveries are received, they will interact with an iPad. Here's how you connect a new device to your Access account:
- Visit the Web App and click Devices from the menu at the top of your Dashboard.
- Tap Add Device and give it a name.
- You’ll then visit the App Store to download the Access app on your iPad.
- Enter the 6-character Access Code displayed on your dashboard. For security purposes your code will only be valid for 10 minutes, but if you need a new code just reload the page.
- You're all set!
Remember that you can add as many devices as you want at no additional cost. We recommend using multiple iPads to help you speed up the sign-in process on busy days!
